
The American Arab, Middle Eastern, and North African Psychological Association (AMENA-Psy) is hosting our 7th conference in Washington, DC on August 8-9.
The theme of the conference this year is Resistance through Psychological Scholarship and Practice: Advancing Policy Reform, Community Well-Being, and Justice for MENA Communities.
The conference is designed to balance the delivery of content and the opportunity for interactive discussion between attendees and presenters. Multidisciplinary, international, and student scholars/practitioners are welcome! We invite AMENA-Psy members and non-members to join us!

Hotel Accommodations
A discounted room block with a limited number of rooms has been arranged for AMENA-Psy conference attendees at the
Courtyard by Marriott Washington Downtown/Convention Center. Booking information will be shared with registrants in the confirmation email, and the deadline to reserve within the room block is Thursday, July 16, 2026.
